What's the Plan Man?

God begins with a thought.

^{Jeremiah 29:11} For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Then God speaks creation into existence. On day 6 God formed man from dirt and breath into his nostrils.

The Plan Starts with Creation

Man was created in the image and likeness of Almighty God. Man is not God nor is man a god. Man is an image, a likeness, not the original. Man is God’s handiwork and created for a purpose. Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, subdue it, and have dominion over… God put man in the garden to “Tend and Keep It”.

The plan was to transfer authority to Adam. Adam the original 6 Day Man had quite a bit of responsibility and work so God said “I’ll make him a helper”.

The Plan Derails - Separation

Disobedience sent the created world in a decay. Of course God knew the newlyweds would be deceived, after all God was already in the garden and so was the serpent. C. The fruit was eaten and their eyes were opened. Death and sin entered the world. Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden and out of the presence of the Lord.

The Plan Goes On - Restoration

^{Jeremiah 29:12} Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. ¹³ You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. ¹⁴ I will be found by you,”

I can’t imagine a life without Jesus. He is my rock, my shield, and my fortress. In Jesus I am complete. I don’t need worldly things, I don’t get to involved in worldly politics. I’m at peace. Peace is what He gave us, peace He left us. I accepted Jesus into my heart a long time ago and there is a relationship with Him that I don’t have with anyone else.

Psalm 51:12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

The Reveal - New Creation

Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. ² Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. ³ And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. ⁴ And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

⁵ Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”

⁶ And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. ⁷ He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.

The Plan Is Complete - Salvation

Salvation is the final step in the plan for man and creation. Salvation means free of sin and death eternal. Salvation is when believers can stand in the presence of Almighty God in His Glorious Shakina Light for Eternity.

Matthew 25:21 His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

Revelation 22:¹² “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.
