According to a tarot reading, things are really shifting today. I already feel it. This morning I danced in the kitchen and felt so much love and appreciation and gratitude for the life I get to live, with this soul. It’s pretty badass. I spend so much energy focusing on other and getting fustrated. Instead of just obsessing over myself and lovingly respecting when I see the diverse journeys around me.
Instead of superiority complex, I know what you need to be doing. What am I doing? How am I honoring myself, my heart, my joy, my health, my vitality, and the fact that we live in a world of possibility and it’s so freaking exciting!
I’m so grateful to be who I am. Curious, adventurous, spicy, courageous, proud, soulful, sensual, knowing, wise, ancient, loving.
I started my day with a walk. The best habit I’ve integrated.
Ate food, meditated and centered with my Self, and then washed dishes and danced around the kitchen to Jason Mraz.
I’m in love with this life.
I’ve also been reflecting the massive physical changes happening around the world.
It’s like Pachamama is placing her loving hands around the face of humanity and shouting:
WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!!

We are connected to each other
through love.
Death and birth happen simultaneously. While it may seem like the world is crumbling, there is a spark alive and igniting in us to transform the world from the inside out. Meaning, the work and intention you place on choosing a different reality for yourself as an individual, has massive impact on the collective experience and progress of the Earth.
I invite you to listen. Place your hand on a tree, take deep breathes and sit outside to be present with the wildlife. Listen to yourself and your body. Notice how you are relating to and treating your body.
Our body is just as much a part of Earth as the lakes and rivers. If you want to see peace and harmony in the world, focus on ways to experience peace and harmony within your self.
