Leave space for magic
Hello my loves.
Big shifts this week. Make sure to leave space for magic. Tune into the routines that support you best self & let the rest go. Surrender to where you are. Enjoy the time now & let the future unfold. Deepen into yourself.
We are being asked to take inventory of daily routines. We are being called to slow down & reflect. Let go. Trust. Deepen into faith.
What does & doesn’t work for you? What are your non-negotiable to align with the best, highest version of yourself? What can you let go?
It is a great time to meditate.
I recorded an easy short one here. I practice this one every afternoon.
Breathe too. A simple breath in through the nose & out through the mouth is a perfect place to start. I have been feeling so many emotions coming up in myself & others, especially anger. Whatever you are feeling is totally normal, just like waves of the ocean they too will pass. Ride the wave baby. You got this. Try Fists of Anger. Promise you will feel better in 3 minutes.
Keep going with the gratitude. A short list is better than no list. Count your blessings throughout the day. All the little miracles add up. Challenge yourself to slow down and take note.
Full Blue Moon in Pisces is Wednesday, August 30 at 6:35pm CST
Lena from The Power Path says “This is the second full moon within the same month and is known as a Blue Moon. It is also a Super Moon so it warrants paying attention to. This is a powerful window of closure, release and moving into an empty space, waiting to be filled with something new. The time requires patience as that something new may not yet be clear or ready to manifest.
We are moving into a time of recapitulation of the past and an inner process where we reflect on where we have been and where we are going. Looking over the past can bring up nostalgia and heartfelt gratitude as well as trigger uncomfortable feelings around events and experiences we would rather forget. It is all up for review as we move into the month of September. The Full Moon energies can jump start this process for us by inviting us to allow more space for just “being" instead of the “doing" that many of us spend way too much time in.
This is also an excellent time to listen to your inner voice, trust your intuition, notice your dreams and acknowledge signs from spirit. Allow the notion of right timing to be your guide and practice patience especially if the path forward is not yet clear. The set up is in the release, so what needs to go.”

After seeing images of landfills larger than cities I returned to a goal I set in 2016 to be increasingly mindful & selective with all of my purchases in particular clothing. I made huge donations & reduced my wardrobe to capsule, minimal with a few exceptions for gems and have stuck with it since. Though I have been working my way through our home cleaning & clearing. I also get great joy passing on pieces that I do not put to use. Ones gently worn clothing is another’s treasure. Pass it on baby. A company in steamboat collected used clothing to stuff dog beds & I just love this idea. This is another can of worms I will circle back to at another time.

IN THE STUDIO // ARTISTIC CREATIVITY IN PROGRESS
Wow does it feel good to get this set framed.
Vibrant paintings on paper. Full of prayers, mantra & intention to broadcast blessings of peace, compassion, strength, and wisdom.
Each piece contains unique geometric shapes painted in black oil. Sacred geometry is considered an ancient science that explores and explains the energy patterns that create and unify all things and reveals the precise way that the energy of creation organizes itself.
We have seen sacred geometry in molecules of our DNA, snowflakes, flower petals, crystals, a shell, the stars, the galaxy we spiral within and all life forms are created out of geometric codes. Through observing and contemplating sacred geometric shapes they can reveal deep wisdom, opening one to the mysteries of life and creation of the Universe itself.
Sacred geometry contains high frequencies of energy and light that can activate, heal, awaken, and transform. The symbols are like codes that assist you in your journey of life, but also can be used more consciously to bring about deep soul awakening and connection to our true divine essence. It can be used to open up to otherworldly realms, as well as the connection to the oneness of all, in nature and the universe.
Inspired by Tibetan Prayer flags each painting is deeply infused with mantra and prayer to broadcast blessings of peace, compassion, strength, and wisdom. It is believed that the sacred texts and symbols printed on them (Tibetan prayer flags) have a vibration that is activated and carried by the wind, so that all who are touched by that wind are blessed. The flags have been described as “blessings spoken on the breath of nature.” Just as a drop of water can permeate the ocean, prayers dissolved in the wind extend to fill all of space.

Berry Buckwheat muffins
Ingredients
3 bananas, very ripe
1 1/4 cups oat flour
1 1/4 cups buckwheat flour
1 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 cups melted coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup nut or seed milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cups berries, organic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel the 3 bananas and place in a wide-bottomed bowl, then use a fork to mash until you get a smooth paste. I love to use an immersion blender for the wet ingredients.
Place the coconut oil in a separate large bowl and melt over a saucepan of boiling water or in the microwave (skip this step if using any other oil).
Once melted, add the vinegar to the same bowl along with a pinch of salt, and cinnamon and vanilla.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add the mashed bananas, and mix well, adding the milk a small amount at a time until you get a loose batter. You may not need to use it all depending on how liquidy your bananas are - you may also need to add a little more milk if your bananas are dry.
Add the berries and fold them in gently to make sure you don’t crush them.
Spray muffin pan with coconut oil.
Transfer the mixture between muffin cases in a muffin tin.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden & fragrant.
Let cool in muffin pan 10-15 minutes.
Best served warm.
Tastes best when fresh, but keeps covered in the fridge for up to a few days - reheat in an oven toaster if you like.
THANK YOU for joining me on this journey. Please leave a comment & let me know your thoughts! What was your favorite part of my Substack this week? Sending you bountiful, beautiful blessings.
