A Brief Guide to ‘Atmos’ and the 'Atmos Sphere'
A guide to who I am as a person and how you may relate to my art

I think an introduction is in order.
For those that don’t know me (or don’t know me that well), here are some bullet points to give you a better understanding of who I am as a person.
I am a multipotentialite. I have many interests that I am exploring on a deeper level–some of which I have been working on for many years.
I chose the name ‘Atmos’ because it resonates with me and it relates to me as an individual. I am an air sign (Libra) and I came up with ‘Atmos’ by relating my zodiac sign to the atmosphere of the Earth. I shortened the word atmosphere to ‘Atmos’ and since then, this name has continued to resonated with me.
I am a multi instrumentalist. My primary instrument is guitar but I also play bass guitar, piano, drums, and sing. I’m hoping to add flute and saxophone to this list.
I write poetry and fiction. In 2023, I released my first book titled Poetry for the Blind.
I am a visual artist. I usually create ink drawings, but in the past I have made sculptures and an acrylic painting of an eye–this was used for the cover of Poetry for the Blind.
I am a photographer. I started taking photography seriously in 2023. I am focusing on street photography, landscape photography, and wildlife photography at the moment. Photography brings me into the present moment and into a flow state.
I am a passionate advocate for animal welfare and I have been vegan since 2019.
I value solitude and I am quite introverted. I usually feel drained after long social interactions–this depends on who I am with at the time.
I have a hard time letting things go and I suspect that I have OCD. It’s possible that I have ADHD or some other mental health conditions as well.
I feel the emotional spectrum very deeply. Sometimes this can be challenging. If my mood deteriorates, it can feel like a downward spiral.
My art is influenced by a wide range of areas. Some examples include: progressive rock music (Pink Floyd), visionary art (Alex Grey), world events (Israeli occupation in Palestine), science fiction films (Alien), and landscape photography (Nigel Danson).
I strongly believe, that as individuals, we have a responsibility to stand up against injustices in the world and to not be complicit–each of us must be proactive and take action.
I used to skateboard when I was younger but eventually I fractured my wrist and decided to give it up.
