What I have learned on this journey of wifi money is that this is all one big video game. I played a lot of video games through high school but could never make it to an elite level. I learned that when you learn the ins and outs of this wifi game, you have the opportunity to be elite. Here is part 2 of how I have been gaming social media to build a large following in record time and how you could potentially do the same!
Instagram is the place where I have started to learn that Theme Pages work best. The TikTok Gods want you in front of the camera creating content or at least going the more unique/original route. Remember the theme page goal is not to be entirely reposted content, eventually, you want to start creating your graphics that can be shared to the web like any examples I will lay out later in this post.
Reels, Sounds, Cover Photos
If you want to grow fast on IG, reels are the way (in most cases). You can get away without posting reels if you have a theme page where content is easily shareable, let's look at a couple of examples of what I mean by this.
Recovering Overthinker
The name of this already gives you an idea of what this person is going for. Personal development, growth, and overcoming something very common in overthinking is a niche that has great potential. I found this page organically because I have always leaned toward being an over-thinker.
This guy posts content teaching you something or sparking a conversation that people can relate to. Pulling quotes from books he has read, he has been able to amass over 100k followers that could easily convert into sales if he chose to do so.
These images he creates keep the audience scrolling and glued to what comes next. Comment sections look engaging and the things stated in the post are easily relatable so people will share their stories.
It is important to note that when someone lands on your page and begins to scroll they need to know where to find out what this page is all about. We were given this tip by our friends at The Voices of Man. Example:
Every post has a dedicated cover photo that tells people what that specific post is going to be about. If someone stumbles on your page and only sees stills from the videos you posted without any context as to what it will be about, they will be less likely to engage.
Creating cover photos is easy especially when you have a theme that you can copy and paste. I religiously use Canva and recently upgraded to the pro version to remove backgrounds if needed. Usually creating a cover photo is a process that takes me 2 minutes to do. Find an image that I either took or use someone else’s on the internet, slap some text and download it.
When you are creating cover photos make sure the size you use for the image can fit on an Instagram story. Canva has a preset sizing option for this so no need to worry about memorizing those dimensions! Right before you post on Instagram it will give you the option to edit your cover photo, insert the one you downloaded from Canva and make it fit properly both in the square view and the story view.

Again the same concepts existed with the last one.
THINK: What gets people to share the content of their stories?
It has to be something relatable so that people can either virtue signal their ideas or feel as though they are starting a conversation with others. I think that if you want to go complete anon without having to create videos, finding a way to get people to share is crucial to your success on the platform.
Both these pages are theme pages that are anonymously run and they both went the route of original content.
Might be good to just break down the example of what I have been creating. The videos up till this point have been completely reposted. At the beginning of this journey, I remember DMing Whitebat and feeling anxious that this was going to work and something he said stuck with me.
Because he speaks in jibberish 95% of the time I’ll annotate it in English.
“IG and TikTok are lotto systems, the more you post the more chances you have of hitting the jackpot”
He was 100% right. You have to be posting consistently. Use hashtags that are relevant to your niche, find sounds that fit or are trending (IG makes this way easier IMO), and let the algo take over!
Sounds Important
The way I have had my chances of something going viral increase dramatically is by matching the right content with the right sounds.
These three videos drove almost all my views in the early stages. The one on the far right was my first big hit and it happened when I had 100 followers. At this time I was posting consistently and getting little to no traction then BOOM - 1.2 Million views in a week!! It shot my follower count from <100 to over 2,000 in a couple of days.
The second video in that image did well entirely because I picked the right sound. This was a trending sound that I noticed on TikTok at the time and when I found this video I wanted to see if it was going to do numbers like it was on TikTok, and I was right. The original content creator commented on the post (because I tag everyone to give credit as you should too) and asked “why did you put this sound” simple answer - it’s trending! All to say, study sounds!!!
I know BowtiedTikTok has a ton of information on this topic.
Apps I Use:
Repost Pro - there are a ton of reposting apps found on the app store
I do plan on purchasing scheduling software for my posting on IG or hiring a VA. I have not gotten around to this yet.
Niche Ideas With Potential
I’ll give some examples of some niches I know to do well as theme pages and some examples of how some people in the jungle can utilize this concept for what they have going on.
Business / Motivation / Money / Personal Finance
Biggest niche for theme pages by far. You can go the repost route on this one entirely or go the original content route. Recession Money is a great page that grew from 0 to 250k followers in 5 months, I watch the guy do it. There are a ton of lesser-known content creators that pay for their videos to be seen on these pages, you can sell an affiliate product, or go the route of pointing them to a website you run. Either way big space here. F’er would probably crush this space!
Memes / Funny
Some of the biggest pages on Instagram are the ones that coined this idea of a theme page. Make people laugh and you can grow a decent-sized audience. BTWhitebat could most likely have a solid following here or even some of you resident meme creators in the jungle.
Sports Specific
Imagine you are writing about a sport and you became the “sports center not top 10'“ page of that sport. You hit two birds with one stone, you have a page that makes people laugh (which is easily shareable) and you have something catered to a specific group of people.
Grappler’s Graveyard is a mix of this. Sports-specific, funny, and about self-improvement.
Beauty
Women love makeup and beauty product pages. Find the best content in the niche and centralize it in one place. If there are secrets you want to share point them to your site and get them on your ideas. You can go the original content route here (just remember to make it shareable) or the repost route.
Lifestyle / Aesthetic
A great page I follow on IG is Toxic Capitalists and Official Capitalists. There are a number of pages that are like this that I have been stumbling across on my TL and I think there is a huge audience here (you can see this by the numbers from TC). I think BTB would crush this. This page really just reposts beautiful women, and lavish lifestyle items that people can fantasize about, and probably uses Canva to create their own content. You can find the person who runs Official Capitalists on Twitter.
The concept of making things shareable has a lot of similarities to creating a Twitter thread that people engage with. Have a hook that makes people want to continue to read. Make it easy to digest. Have a CTA.
I hope this post was helpful. I created this because I know I missed points in Part 1 of this. Please DM or reach out if you have questions because it helps me formulate these substack posts!

Is the purpose for having repost pro to take content from other people and remove their watermark? I know you still have to give credit to the originator but I’m starting a theme page right now and I’m having trouble finding content to repost that doesn’t have the persons watermark on it already. I’m trying to figure out if I should invest in something to take the watermark off or if I should just try and create the content myself. The second option would take a lot more work right now but if it’s what I have to do then I will. I would still be using content from an interview, podcast or video but I would clip it myself and then put my own watermark on it.
