The Media has obsessed over the indictment all day. After CNN posted a boat in the harbor to watch Trumpforce 1 land yesterday, cameras were trained on the doors at Trump Tower to watch him leave. Then this morning, every media outlet used the same drone feed of the motorcade weaving through NYC, the same shot of Trump walking into the courthouse, etc. Then we spent an hour or so focused on a doorway in a hall inside the courthouse, waiting for Trump to come out of the courtroom.
Word came out at about 3 pm Eastern that Trump had officially pled Not Guilty to all counts.
Apparently, the actual plea portion was only about 15 minutes out of the two hours he was in the courtroom. The rest of the time was spent by the prosecutors who, in an attempt to get the judge to issue some protective orders, showed the Judge several of the former President’s Truth Social postings as well as evidence of death threats that had been sent to DA Bragg. It is currently unknown what protective orders may or may not have been applied. The Judge did NOT issue a gag order in the case. After all the talk of one potentially being asked for, no one involved in the case asked for it.
Here is the indictment:
Here is the Statement of Fact - the story the DA’s office is trying to prove.
All 34 counts are for falsifying business records. While the crime would be a misdemeanor in most cases, when falsifying records to hide another crime, it gets elevated to a felony. DA Alvin Bragg claims that former President Trump cooked up a ‘catch-and-kill’ scheme with his former fixer, lawyer Michael Cohen, and American Media Inc (parent company of National Enquirer) CEO, David Pecker, in an attempt to hide unfavorable stories from the public during the election.
Bragg held a press Conference at 4:15pm est announcing the charges.
When asked about the supposed “other crimes” Trump was hiding, because they are NOT in the charging documents, Bragg said that the law does NOT require that he indict on those crimes, but cited a State election law and Federal election law as the basis for elevating the misdemeanors to felonies.
When asked why he went ahead when the State and Fed wouldn’t, Bragg claimed that business record crime is a bedrock of his office, and they often go after people for this exact conduct.
Former President Trump is expected to address the nation tonight from his home in Florida.

Trump Indictment Unsealed
This IMO is a distraction to what is really important to be watching out for. This is making people on tweeter that hate him jump up and down like 3-year-old going to Chucky cheese. Biden wants to send another 2.6 billion in securities of ammo, and other very expensive arms.
This is a total "sidebar" - Dana,
I listen to your broadcast sometime live, sometime podcast as time allows. I also listen to Mark Levin the same way. I heard your Monday show (mostly podcast) and was later filling in the gaps from Mark's Monday show. I was "scrolling through Mark's show and hit a part where he was "going off" on a soundbite where a "journalist" was asking questions. He was giving her a hard time and mentioned, (what I understood him to say), "Dana Loesch should know better, and all she wanted to do was convict Trump!" This stressed me out as I was driving down the road - so much that I pulled over and went back over the podcast. It turned out he was saying Dana "Bash" on CNN... I was relieved that my two favorite radio people were not in disagreement.
I also decided that she needs to change her name! I looked her up (I don't listen to CNN) and "Bash" is her X husband's name. Her next husband (now "X") name was "King"... So, maybe you could Bragg help. He could indict her for "Name Impersonation in the First Degree" (40-50 times) in New York, if she doesn't become Dana King. It would make more sense than this show trial he has going now....
That way, it wouldn't scare us old deaf folks - thinking you had flipped Liberal on us...
