These ads featuring your creepy Republican Congressman were some of the most provocative and effective from the last election cycle.
This one, which is actually from last fall, never got a huge push online, but it moves some key demographics as much as 4 points away from Trump & Republicans on healthcare cuts, according to the ad’s creators at Progress Action Fund.
Given that Republicans have already passed a budget plan in the House that REQUIRES huge cuts from Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP, now is a good time to circulate it.

According to the Congressional Budget Office, these two directives – to cut $880 billion but not make cuts to Medicare and Medicaid health services are at odds.
Brendan Boyle asked CBO for a breakdown of non-Medicare spending under the purview of the Committee. It totals $8.8 trillion with $8.2 trillion (or 93%) being for Medicaid.
