The object of all these interconnected companies is to make money off the political process. These companies' sole products is furthering the interests of the party they are aligned with. It looked like a washing machine wringer in that it had two rollers to feed the sheets through, but the rollers were much bigger and wider. I can't recall if the rollers were heated (like an iron), but I think they were. We are talking about memories that are approx. 65 years old, so I could be mistaken about the details.
