More Great News That’s Terrible For Trump and Republicans

On Saturday, there are 90 scheduled Tesla Takedown protests at dealerships, showrooms, and charging stations in 26 states and DC—with 17 more planned worldwide. Next weekend, we’re gearing up for another round of massive protests, and this time, we’re aiming for an even bigger turnout!

Rallies and town halls are also planned in 5 swing House districts over the next week, featuring Dem Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Bernie Sanders. Plus, the “People’s Town Hall” tour—led by Dems—kicks off next week, with 5 events already scheduled.

Yesterday, I interviewed American hero and former DC Metro police officer Michael Fanone. Fanone shared a truly inspiring message for anyone struggling with the madness of this corrupt regime right now.

“It's an important time to be an outspoken American,” Fanone said. “Probably more important than any of us will ever see in our lifetimes. And that’s what keeps me engaged.”

Fanone also talked about the power of the resistance, saying: “Nobody understands that feeling of helplessness and hopelessness better than me … That being said, I gained solace in the community.”

This weekend, Fanone said he will be showing up for that community by going to his US Rep’s town hall—urging all of us to do the same: “I would implore anyone you know, wherever you're at in this country, to call your Member of Congress. Go to their town hall.”

Our elected officials “need to hear the anger and the outrage,” Fanone said. “And they need to understand that anger and outrage are the appropriate emotions of this moment.”

“I wholeheartedly believe that if we're going to win this fight, it's got to be a grassroots effort. It's got to be the American people,” Fanone added.

Fanone is absolutely right. It’s on us to save our country. And that’s why I believe, on top of our reporting, we have a duty to use our platform—with one of the largest social media followings in politics—to help organize the resistance against Trump.
