You are invited to travel from the Tower of Babel to a Zen Garden in Japan for a few minutes online to enjoy more moments of #freedom (peace of mind) offline.
In the tower, manners are forgotten when people don’t receive what they expected or wanted according to their expectations or standards which stirs up disappointment, negativity, regret or resentment that will vacuum up any positive energy needed for imagining, dreaming or starting a project or knowing when to rest.
In the garden, Kansha cultivates sincere gratitude about good and not so good happenings. Kansha helps us see that not so good things can help us dig deep to learn, lighten up or let go of some thing or some one with sincere thanks in order to not carry regret or resentment (unsettled energy debts) into the future.
Disappointment without verbalizing or talking with the other party voids out resolution or neutralizing a missed understanding that will not disappear and chip away at your soul and playtime.
When you choose to speak up or privately write about your perceived or objective situation (non-agreement or greed); you don’t have to agree, excuse or voice your side, but writing can clear it by helping you, hopefully, see the whole picture.
Please note:
Gratitude is part 5 of 6* in this human potential movement to flip bitter into better in qualitative, not quantitative bites.
Gratitude is a powerful and free tool for that puncture point in our adventure or journey where we are tired and want to stop.
Gratitude is a beautiful pit stop or rest stop to pop up and look around to see how we got to this juncture or intersection to know what matters and what we absolutely need to keep going.
*5 parts to change on an individual level are {perfect, alone, patient, purpose, gratitude} before part 6 {community} can happen enjoyably, naturally and sustainably.
In these uncertain times, I invite you to listen to a story [Being Alone is Sweet] or play a game [Mission Possible] to ignite yourself privately and safely or join a (movement) to change your mindset or your lifestyle.
