Lichen Sclerosus Part 1: The Silent Itch

How Lichen Sclerosis is managed by The Best of The Best in Europe.

This is Part 1 of my patient education on Lichen Sclerosus. In this video my friends Max and Katerina will talk about the science and current treatments in their centers of excellence in Europe. These talks were presented to physicians in Monaco, 2023. Thank you for allowing me to share this with my Feminine Wellness Newsletter audience of mostly Lay Public and Non-Medical people. Max and Katerina are excellent speakers and make a tough topic understandable. Next month I will share Part 2 on how I create Lichen Sclerosus in my office.

Max Brambilla, MD, from the University of Milan, is a renown plastic surgeon and friend I met back in 2016. He is one of the most brilliant surgeons I have ever met. Max shares his decades old techniques, methodologies, and research on both men and women suffering from LS. A huge compilation of cases that is eye opening and impressive. Thank you for allowing me to share your genius Max.

Max. One of the most brilliant plastic surgeons I know. Knows more about Lichen than most dermatologist, plastic surgeons, and gynecologists.
After the 1st and 2nd Line Therapies fail they go to Max from all over the world.
I loved the approach for both men and women! Simple procedure and Fat transfer!

Aikaterini Gkouvi, MD, world expert dermatologist from Greece, shares a different approach using Type I Collagen to regenerate and restore tissues. I just wish this treatment was available in the United States. I am blessed to meet you and be your friend Aikaterini. Thank you for the tips and tricks and for the connections I will use to help my patients on this side of the world.

A beautiful woman with a gentle heart and brilliance.
I wish this was available to us in the United States. Not yet.
This is how it’s done!
Part of the AMWC Team created by Nicolas Berreni of France. I got to speak too and that will be released in March 2024 on Part 2.

In the United States, the closest thing to using Type I Collagen for LS is FemXHA, which is PRP + HA that stimulates the formation of both Type I Collagen and Elastin. This is what I use to provide long lasting relief for my patients. Now available in worldwide: www.femxha.com. I wrote on this topic or FemXHA injections last year and will discuss it in more detail in the following newsletter that will be titled Lichen Sclerosus Part 1: The Silent Itch.
