How are you doing? I hope the festive season treated you well and you had ample opportunity to rest. If you’ve stepped out of the festivities and into January feeling a bit flat, I hear you. January and February can be the toughest months of the year for those of us who live in the Northern Hemisphere. Even though we’re heading towards the light with the days slowly drawing out from 21 December, these first two months of the Gregorian calendar year can feel dreary and depressing.
So what am I on about, the Gregorian calendar?! This is the calendar which runs from January to December that many of us are familiar with. However there are not one but three more opportunities to celebrate a new year between now and the next festival that usually follows Christmas in the U.K…
