I honestly could not get by without creating daily routines. I should probably also share that routines can look different depending on the season of life you are in at the present moment. And speaking of present moments, a routine should never take away from enjoying the task at hand - it is simply a way to keep us on track so as to stay focused on the present moment we have planned to be in - right here - right now…
In addition, our routines shouldn’t be overwhelming us,
our routines should be helping us with the overwhelm.
Ultimately, daily routines provide structure, promote healthy habits, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. They can be a valuable tool for achieving personal and professional goals while maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. Doing this in a quiet space without the influence of social media is best and will have the best impact on your own goals and well-being.
