What are you reading?
Whether you’re attending tonight’s sold out reading party at the Sorrento (7:30-9:30 pm) or joining the party virtually from home — or not attending tonight’s reading party at all — I’d love to know what you’re reading.
I’m reading this Becky Ellis book, to get ready for this.
And you? What are you reading tonight? Add the author and title to the comments, and if you want, tell us why you’re reading it or quote a sentence from it.
How to attend tonight’s party virtually
Tonight’s in-person party at the Sorrento is sold out. But if you don’t have a ticket, you can still join us virtually for free if you are a paid subscriber here on substack.
If you are a free subscriber here, you will need to get a virtual ticket to join us.
If you are one of the lucky few with a reservation in the Fireside Room at the Sorrento, you will be in the room where it happens, the room with the fireplace and piano, the room where the virtual party is broadcast from.
How to tip tonight’s musician
If you would like to show Gary some extra love to thank him for playing piano for us for two hours straight, you can find him on Venmo or Paypal.
His Venmo is: Gary-Palmer-44
His Paypal is: grandpause
