“Hatfield” variations for “hinges” - for context, this is in relation to a thread I wrote about the benefits of Hatfield squats. Hatfield squats are excellent for developing the legs because they’re a safe way for you to train the legs are very heavy through a full range of motion if you struggle with stability or low back issues. You can squat very heavy yet very safely if you perform these appropriately and load the body with plenty of weight that allows it to adapt with denser bones, tendons, ligaments, and an extremely strong nervous system.
