I'm thrilled you are writing up on this topic. It intrigues me how much focus some people place on their food intake, yet they do not give much consideration to the type of information and ideas they absorb or the impact it makes to their thinking and beliefs. Recently I've seen the approach taken by Mo Gawdat in his application of the scientific method to address his depression - and then later the mood of others around him. His later momentum in the establishment of OneBillionHappy is inspiring, and something that I take a lot of valuable lessons from.

Thanks, Tom. Yes - it's unfortunate that mental health (and not just as it relates to mental illness, but general mental *fitness* as well) is so invisible, and as a result, so poorly prioritized.

I haven't been following Mo Gawdat's journey, but will check it out as well.
