Money20/20

This past week, we attended one of the largest Fintech conferences in the world, Money20/20, in person in Las Vegas, NV.

The energy right from the start of the show was electric with Magic Johnson as a keynote speaker during the opening night. Nearly every session throughout the show was standing-room only; whether focused on crypto, payment infrastructure, NFTs, banking, or financial security. The excitement and willingness to learn, grow and connect with other industry professionals in person was very powerful.

The “Connections Lounge” to network and set up meetings was consistently full of entrepreneurs, engineers and investors chatting about partnerships and the future of their respective industries.

RiseUp

The RiseUp Accelerator program, which has been empowering women in the Fintech industry since 2018, was a major highlight during the show. This year’s RiseUp Cohort featured the following women:

Our Conversations

Highlights and Conclusion

There are almost too many to count, but our highlights of the conference included sessions from Magic Johnson, Alexis Ohanian, Danica Patrick and Alex Honnold.

In conclusion, it was great. All of it. Money20/20 was a show which reminded us the importance of physical connection. You heard it in the voice of the speakers, saw it in the eyes of the audience, and felt it in the energy of the ballrooms.

Oh, and the feeling is mutual. ❤️‍🔥
