I am excited to announce the launch of my new video series, Meditation Demystified. This four-part series aims to provide a clear understanding of what meditation is and what it isn't. I hope it will inspire and motivate you to begin or restart your meditation practice. Over the next few weeks, I will publish this series to my subscribers here on Substack.
In Part 1, we explore the contrast between myths and facts surrounding the practice of meditation. We begin with a brief centering exercise and then explore a series of misconceptions about meditation. Throughout Part 1, I aim to debunk these myths by presenting the true nature of meditation. The section concludes with a 10-minute guided meditation practice focused on centering and grounding.
