This morning we delivered to the Minnehaha County Sheriff's Detective the final summary analysis, data and an affidavit of how this analysis was performed for the 2024 General Election in Minnehaha County for Absentee Mail-in and UOCAVA type ballot voters.
This analysis shows that a high percentage of these types of Absentee ballots were cast by people falsely claiming they live in PMBs (Mail Forwarding Business addresses), Hotels or other types of non-residential business addresses. Just over 38% of all Absentee Mail-in and UOCAVA ballots were requested by such voters in our county.
The analysis summary 9/20 - 11/5/2024 Absentee Mail-in and UOCAVA Ballots for Minnehaha County, SD, shows the following:
3,257 of 8,485 of Absentee Mail-in & UOCAVA voters are registered using addresses of businesses they DO NOT LIVE AT! They're registering to vote using PMBs (mail forwarding businesses), hotels, other business addresses or campgrounds as their
“Residence Address” (address they claim they live at) on voter rolls:
Mail Forwarding (PMBs) / Office Buildings 2,831 33.36%
Hotels 164 1.93%
Campgrounds 259 3.05%
Total False Addresses 3,257 38.39%
As a reminder, South Dakota and Federal Elections laws require citizens who are otherwise eligible to vote must give truthful personal information, including name, “Residence Address” (where the voter has established and intend to maintain their residence) at the time they register to vote. Those giving mail forwarding or other non-residential businesses as their “Residence Address” are not giving truthful information. These Absentee Mail-in/ UOCAVA were requested from, sent to people all across the US and over 20 other countries!
As you know, people registering to vote in South Dakota “Declare under penalty of “Perjury” [a felony] that I am a citizen of the United States of America… I have maintained a residence in South Dakota for at least 30 days prior to submitting the registration form…”. {Emphasis added}
The time for our Counties and State departments officials that are responsible for enforcing our elections laws and maintaining clean Voter Rolls is NOW! Make it happen!
