(Dennis Sylvester Hurd)
I have always dreamed a lot. I once told my mother that sleep was like going to the movies every night which probably should have been a sign for her to have me evaluated for a slew of things, but it was the 70’s so she didn’t think to do it. Dreams are a little bit like parties in your head as well. You are in all the scenes and groups!
Last night I dreamed about the following:
A second, new, pandemic that was about to sweep the world over and all of us were waiting and checking for symptoms and worried about the collapse of civilization.
Planes falling out of the sky, and while not exploding on impact (because the pilot was able to sort of…float the plane down while it spun in circles) it did burst into flames on the ground.
Bad people (who may have been involved in the new pandemic) blowing up the entire tip of what I think was Florida? Like…just blowing up a huge amount of city/land.
Something vague and sad to do with my partner who is living elsewhere right now due to medical things (more on that tomorrow).
So…I got up. I can still remember most of my intense dreams, including one from early childhood where I had a terrible fever and I dreamed that I was being covered in melted Tootsie Rolls.
I’ve had recurring dreams as well, which mostly involve a house of one of my relatives that has a haunted room that is vibrating with evil energy.
Since it’s Thursday and I’m up early, I thought I’d ask you to join in a thread:
What’s your most memorable (good or bad) dream, and do you have recurring ones? If so, what are they?
