Using Factual Evidence and the Law to Battle Wokeness
Quite clearly those who call themselves woke are trying to wreck America. This insane agenda is often against the law, and much of it can be stopped if those pushing it have legal consequences. There are plenty of ways that the public can fight this insane agenda.
The first is to recognize the conditions of what one needs to make a lawsuit. One has to show the law was broken, and one has to be able to prove damages. Example, we know mentally ill people cannot consent to medical procedures. Yet both mentally ill children and adults are having irreversible medical procedures in order to supposedly change them into the opposite sex. They have permanent disability as the false vagina men repeatedly heals. Jazz Jenning’s false vagina had to be opened up four times. He had major depression, and weight gain. The false penis women get is made from a chunk of arm or leg muscle. It is susceptible to infections, or even dying. The hormones these people take can cause serious depression or mood swings leading to suicide. Or they may have internal organ damage, heart attacks, or strokes. Sex organs removed cannot grow back. All of these are serious damages that can lead to lawsuits, as the negative consequences are permanent and those with diagnosed mental illnesses cannot consent. Therefore, in this case, the victims or their families should gather evidence and go to lawyers that deal with medical malpractice. The Center for American Liberty is representing Chloe Cole, a detransitioner in her case against Kaiser Permanente.
Employment discrimination is illegal under Title VII of 1965, as well as under various state laws. It is illegal to discriminate under the basis of race, sex, national origin, or religion. Anyone, who is the victim of discrimination may complain to either the EEOC, a federal agency, or to the state agencies linked to in my article on filing complaints against discrimination and wokeism in schools. When the law says it is illegal to discriminate on the basis of race and sex, it includes everyone including straight white men. Programs that try to elevate so called minorities over white people are therefore illegal, as racial discrimination is illegal. Essentially, insane people on the left seek to punish white people in perpetuity for things that happened centuries ago, mainly colonialism and slavery. This is unethical, immoral, and illegal. Programs that try to elevate one sex over another are also illegal. Under employment, they are also illegal under Title VII and under various state laws.
As for education and social services and other government funded programs, Title VI outlaws discrimination in anything getting federal funding. Meaning there cannot be programs or scholarships for any one race of people. These are all illegal under federal law. No one can be denied anything in a federally funded program because of their race, including white people. If schools segregate children by race, or give racial preferences to one race, or if teachers bash any race, including white people, one can report that to the US Department of Education. Woke schools often segregated students and even teachers into race-based affinity groups. These are illegal. Parents Defending Education, Moms for Liberty, and America First are three organizations parents should contact when critical race theory appears in schools. These organizations can help with media exposure or refer you to lawyers. Parents should also report race discrimination or segregation to the state agencies linked to in my previous article.
Sex discrimination is illegal in programs funded by the federal government and is illegal in most states. Sex discrimination does not refer to just discrimination on whether someone is male or female. It includes gender stereotypes, sexual harassment, and sexual orientation. Teachers labeling children as lgbtq, and putting them in affinity groups or letting them change their names and hiding it from parents are forms of sex discrimination. There are organizations that give scholarships specifically to lgbtq youth, and that is sex discrimination as well. Sex discrimination covers men, meaning that you cannot have scholarships just for women and academic programs cannot deny someone just because of their sex, and that includes both sexes. Sex discrimination in any kind of federally funded educational program can be reported to the US Department of Education. At the state level, one can report all kinds of education and related programs such as arts programs, regardless of federally funding as sex discrimination is illegal in most states. I give more details in terms of how one may report this in my previous article. This means that not only educational programs, but arts programs and social services cannot favor one sex, nor can they favor the lgbtq community. Favoritism is illegal. I should mention that some states have agencies which help only HIV positive people, but not those with other disabilities. I personally filed complaints against all the HIV agencies in NYC, and now they serve all major disabilities due to the state investigation. GMHC is a good example of an agency that used to help only gay HIV positive people, but after I filed a reverse discrimination complaint, they now help anyone in need. Disability discrimination is illegal under 504 and under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I also filed complaints in New York State against all race based programs I could find. An example is NYC Men’s Teach. This program paid for a master’s degree for Black, Asian, and Hispanic men, but not White men, Jewish men, or women. After I filed a complaint with NYSDHR, after the investigation they opened up to both sexes and all races. NYC since 2003, had an officially gay high school. Segregating kids by their sexual orientation is illegal. So I filed a complaint with NYSDHR. After the NYSDHR investigation, there are no more references to sexual orientation on the Harvey Milk School’s website.
There are other woke programs I completely changed after filing a complaint or suit. NYC has a film fund program that helps rising artists, whether they are in film, theater, music, or related artists fields. It was only for those who lived as a woman. Meaning they discriminated against men and promoted transgenders, and they justified this by saying women were historically underrepresented in film, theater, and other top paying positions in arts. However, you don’t fight discrimination with more discrimination. I filed a complaint, and this program is now open to both sexes. Barnard College, the historical women’s college for Columbia University, declared itself a college for those who identify as women. Meaning biological men who think they are women can apply, but normal men cannot. I got my masters in English education from Columbia University. Barnard as the Athena Film Festival, a festival they used to only promote the works of women and transgenders. I’m a male screenwriter. I filed a discrimination complaint against Barnard with NYSDHR, saying that discriminated against straight and gender conforming gay men in requiring men to be transgenders just to have their screenplays or films judged. As a result, Barnard has opened up the Athena Film Festival to both sexes, and their post baccalaureate program is now open to both sexes as well. Some of their programs have yet to open up to men, but the investigation is ongoing.
In all of the complaints I filed, I took evidence of discrimination from the defendant’s website. At times I emailed them for clarification, and if they admitted to sex, race, or sexual orientation discrimination in an email, I added that on. Often these programs are announced in the news to make certain leftist politicians look good. Use news articles for additional evidence if they demonstrate the discrimination.
Sex discrimination in housing, or in programs that are related to housing are also illegal under federal law. Social services programs have illegally given preference to women, and this has caused an explosion of single women taking advantage of these programs while men are left to become homeless criminals. Discrimination in housing or housing related programs can be reported to either HUD, or to the state agencies mentioned in my article.
