Dance. I mean 5 minutes of dancing.
Dancing is more fun. And, dancing increases your range of motion, tickles the brain, helps ward off dementia and early on-set Alzheimer’s disease, builds strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and delights others in your sphere. I digress. I’m urging you, once again, to set an alarm for 20 mins. When it goes off, move your body (dance, walk, flap, wriggle, roll, slide, skip) for 5 mins. Repeat. All day.
