What is emotional intelligence?
Emotional intelligence, also known as EQ, measures a person's emotional intelligence. It means the ability to accurately reason about emotions, and the ability to use emotions and emotional knowledge to enhance thinking.
In other words, people with high emotional intelligence can identify, express, manage, and respond to their own emotions as well as the emotions of others.
