This post is based on “What This Course Discloses” from Fascinating Womanhood (1922). I have edited it and paraphrased it for readability in terms of formatting and phrasing. I have taken some liberties with the text.
There is no Luck, Only the Law
In the end, there is no such thing as chance. Luck is a gambler’s word, and human life is not a gamble. It follows rules and is governed by natural laws.
One person succeeds because of obedience to the law, and another fails because they break it. It could be the case that neither even knows about the law because you can sometimes follow laws without even knowing they exist. But following the law of success is always success, and breaking it, regardless of way, always creates failure.
It is both right and natural that everyone should love and be loved. A greater than we have in the flesh on earth today said that “God is Love”. (1 John 4:8)
It is right and natural that everyone has friends attracted by their own personal qualities.
It is right and natural that every woman, when the time is right, picks her life companion from the men she knows and inspire him to love her too. These are Nature’s laws, God’s laws.
However, there is a lot of unnecessary unhappiness in the world because people don’t know these laws. There are heartbroken men and women everywhere. We find one woman happy, admired, loved and the next who is just as pretty and moral, no less loveable, but she’s neglected, unnoticed, and unhappy. Why?
This book tells us why. It explains the Law of Mutual Attraction and how it works. It explains how the neglected woman can inspire the attention, admiration, and love of everyone around her. It shows how she can, when she is ready, inspire the love of her match.
This revolutionary book deals not with sex, but with psychology.
Nothing like them has ever been published before.
