Did you know your Wonkette is in Milwaukee this week for fun and work? They are! They are following the RNC, and then they hop skip and jump over to Chicago to spend a few days there.
Today’s gif borrows some stylistic lines from a vintage postcard (click here) that I updated to reflect today’s skyline (based on this lovely photo here) and some drone footage from SKYCRAVE. Thanks to all the source artists, photographers and videographers!

And just because you are such sweeties, one more Milwaukee gif. I’ve never been there, but it seems like a fun city. I read yesterday that many of the bars in the city were hosting drag queen events so that the performative dorks attending the convention would have no place to drink. Good on ya, Milwaukee!

I haven’t been to a drag bar in 3 decades (we were celebrating becoming scuba divers and bar-hopping) - and never in Milwaukee - but now I am wondering if they serve lemonade - perhaps a Wonketteer could add a lemon twist for me -
