Now, it’s about extrinsic motivation.
Sometimes, things get tough.
And they say, when things get tough, the tough get going.
It’s almost March now; you really want to keep going with your goals, tapi tidak semua hari indah seperti drama Melayu time Maghrib di TV3.
Seems like the tips given before are not enough.
You want more.
Relax buddy.

Today, I’m going to share with you another 3 tips for you to keep going, or re-start on your goal.
Make sure, it’s just one goal. The rest?
Bagi settle satu-satu dulu.
1. Find Someone As Your ‘Secret’ Model
In the previous newsletter, I shared with you to find your ‘real’ why - the one yang you tak share dengan orang. You hanya share the ‘fake’ one.
For this ‘secret’ model, sama, you don’t have to tell anyone.
Kat Malaysia yang I perasan, ramai influencer yang bila tengok balik, eh sama dengan orang US ni. Dijadikan orang tu as ‘secret’ model.
But don’t get me wrong. Bukanlah kita meng-idola-kan orang itu, atau terlalu menyanjungi.
Dia gini.. sometimes, I pun malas jugak nak konsisten menulis ni. But, bila I tengok my ‘secret’ model ni on YouTube, dia sentiasa konsisten memberi.
Always give value, always share benda bermanfaat dengan audience dia.
So, it helps to motivate me to keep going.

2. Food
Food, really?
You eat junk you get junk, you eat healthy you get healthy.
Food ni, banyak sangat discussion dia. But today, I want to tell you only ONE secret. ONE secret that can rule them all.
Cari minyak zaitun.
Oh why - you might ask. Tell me, tell me, I want to know…
Relax buddy.
First, kena faham tentang happy hormones: Serotonin, Dopamine, Endorphin and Oxytocin (I ada explain tentang happy hormones ni dalam 30-Day Declutter Journey).
Olive oil ni dapat increase dopamin.
What the heck is dopamine?
“Dopamin ialah neurohormon. Berikan kita good feeling. Penting untuk motivasi.”
Kena faham, dopamin ni ada cara natural untuk produce, dan cara tidak natural untuk produce:

The intake of saturated fat, is also a leading contributor to one’s lack of motivation, which could have an impact when it comes to things requiring a high motivational input, such as exercise.
Maksudnya, kurangkan makan saturated fat sebab dia boleh menyebabkan kurang motivasi.
Contoh saturated fat - yang belah kanan: - mostly processed food.
Monounsaturated fat intake may be able to protect against these motivational declines and the consumption of olive oil and other monounsaturated fat sources is highly encouraged.
Maksudnya, monounsaturated fat (contoh olive oil) dapat bantu daripada motivational declines.

3. Doa’
This is so soo basic.
And yet, bukan Melayu mudah lupa, kita semua terlupa.
Kita duk cari motivation dekat social media, scroll sana scroll sini; and the answer is, back to basic.
Ada doa untuk hilangkan malas:
And also, doa untuk hilangkan kesedihan. Sometimes, kita bermain dengan emosi. Kesedihan membuatkan kita stuck untuk keep going.
Yang diatas ni adalah hadith explain tentang doa pengubat kesedihan. Dibawah ni pula, you can save in your phone:
And remember, innamā asykụ baṡṡī wa ḥuznī ilallāh.
Conclusion

Quality. You know what to do.
