Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible subscribers must have an active subscription (valid e-mail address that opens at least 25% of the e-mails received from this site) to www.miningforum.live by September 1, 2024, and through October 31, 2024.

2. One entry per person. Multiple e-mail addresses per person will disqualify an individual from the drawing.

3. The winner is responsible for settling taxes, duties, and any other fees required by authorities in his/her jurisdiction. There are no exceptions.

4. The prize is not fungible. It will only be delivered as a half-ounce American Gold Eagle. There are no exceptions.

5. The prize will only be delivered to an individual with the subscriber's same first and last name and to a recognized physical residential address that can accept conventional delivery by UPS, FedEx, or DHL. There are no exceptions.

6. The winner is responsible for disclosing and addressing potential conflicts of interest with his/her employer before accepting delivery of the prize.

7. Denver Gold Group (DGG) directors, staff, vendors, contractors, and any individual associated with receiving payments or benefits such as complimentary event attendance or complimentary room nights from DGG are ineligible for the random drawing.
