Summer is nearly upon us and it breaks my heart hearing so much body hate and shame at this time. Your body is meant to change and flow with life, and that is beautiful, so I talk about the different seasons and cycles we move through, and provide some ideas on how to deepen body connection, acceptance and gratitude.
