Frequently Asked Questions:
I’m a snowboarder, will I still benefit from this course? // Yes! This program is great for skiers and snowboarders both at the resort and in the backcountry. It’s even great for nordic skiers!
Can you only take 1/2 of the course or drop in? // Unfortunately, it’s a flat fee for the ski conditioning course and no 1/2 or drop in options are offered. There is an extra makeup class every week to accommodate the most schedules. Depending on registration numbers, there may be a fourth time slot offered.
Is this only for advanced skiers? // All ability levels are welcome - you just have to be excited about the winter season and willing to push yourself!
Can I invite friends to join the course? // Of course! Feel free to forward this email along to friends.
I fell off the chairlift last year, will there be specific exercises included for preventing that as well? // No. I recommend either remedial ski school with the under 10 kids or water aerobics.
Will I be more likely to pick up a hot date at the apres scene after this ski conditioning course? // Ski class has been known to produce better abs and once they see your form on the mountain, it’s very likely that the answer is yes.
