When you see the Wikipedia entry for Opus Dei this organization comes off about as malevolent to our nation as the Rotary Club.
Almost non-descript, even boring is exactly how this quiet organization within the Catholic Church wants you to view them. Even the logo is totally forgettable.
Some of you Da Vinci Code fans may recall Dan Brown’s take on Opus Dei, but as is so often the case in our world today, reality is both far stranger and frankly a lot scarier than fictionalized stories and movies. This post has little to do with anything exposed, intimated or implied in Brown’s work.
The focus of this paper is about Opus Dei and this nation, as it relates to the judicial branch and SupremeCourt.

This information graphic below makes clear that there exists a methodology that has enabled Opus Dei (a cult of fundamentalists within the church) to direct the Federalist Society (a far right group dedicated to packing the courts with Fascist loving ideologues) in making appointments for Supreme Court Justices who are themselves either members of or in league with Opus Dei’s agenda.
Opus Dei is a Cult that uses stealth to achieve fundamentalist Catholic dogma in America and further the creation of far right theocracy in the United States
.
As the above graph makes clear it is far more than happenstance that 6 of 9 justices currently on the SCOTUS beyond being “Catholic” have established connections and association with Opus Dei and the Federalist Society.
