And what compensation for potentially damaged health will be remunerated to those who took the jab against their will? Fir those whose civil rights and basic human rights, under the law, were violated? Where is the justice for all these Americans?

It's always after the damage is done. At the time appropriate and lawful? So why is it suddenly not appropriate and lawful? This is why the system is anti-humanity. Murder first and ask questions, which never get answered, later.

I agree. Where was this judge when he should have ruled on the law he now espouses?

How could the mandates be lawful? It is against the law to mandate anything that goes against one's constitutional rights. Not to mention, mandating an experimental drug.

As an illegally terminated state employee I find this most interesting. A break away WEF judge perhaps. Thanks I just posted this as well.

When judge Frank says the mandate was “appropriate” at the time is another invasion of the courts by propaganda. Remember Julia Smith Gibbons, 6th Circuit removal of CMS mandate stay ordered by 5th Circuit? Never is the gov’t required to support its claim of “grave danger to workers” under cross examination because the judge takes it for granted. Too much CNN for them. These judges should be disciplined for malfeasance. Compensation to workers who took the jab to stay employed could be paid out by seizure and liquidation of Pfizer. In principle. The vaccines have cause plenty of seizures. Here’s a new kind.
