Did they fail to aspirate the syringe again? Did the bolus of the inoculant evacuate into the bloodstream via an infiltration they would have detected if they had properly aspirated the syringe prior to injecting the inoculant?
I have yet to see a video of an mRNA vaccination where the syringe was aspirated. This apparent widespread negligent practice might theoretically explain the rapid death phenomenon of recently inoculated decedents.

I read another stack about this story & it said that the people in line behind this woman to get their shots stayed in line to receive their shots after watching her die right in front of them. How do you explain that? No rational explanation.

I know a nurse in Europe. All her life she was told to always aspirate this was the gold standard. But suddenly with the jabs it says no more aspirating!! Why? They say for ease but these people know how to aspirate already and it takes seconds to do so or learn how to! So something is wrong here for sure.
I can remember when Nurses here in Canada had to let a Dr., administer any injections.
Now any member of the community can "be taught" how to inject these COVID "vaccinations".
