Disclaimer: This is a personal log of medicinal and treatment options that I have considered or used to attempt my own healing. This is a moment where “mainstream medicine” has offered a dismal menu of unsafe and ineffective options for treating and mitigating lasting COVID infection and injection damage, apparently both components of a larger bioweaponry and/or failed bioresearch (vaccinology and countermeasures) agenda. I have sought out promising, diverse perspectives on treatment to apply in my personal healthcare context. Holistic diagnosis is still fuzzy. This is not medical advice.
What Healing?
Given the fundamental lack of mind and body healing accessible in westernized cultures—a side effect of scientific and technocratic “authoritative expertism”—we have been offered a select few, maximal-profit-generating, experimental biotechnologies that are worsening outcomes for health and improving outcomes for healthcare profit centers. Propagandizing mouthpieces of corporate and government institutions provide supposed authority on singular solutions—a modRNA shot that dangerously transfects your entire body with the cov19 spike protein superantigen (no less pathological than the real deal); paxclovid that halts virus replication for several days but is often resulting in immune system underreaction, confusion, viral rebound, and extended exposure; remdesivir that destroys kidneys; monulpiravir-triggered variant mutation and super-evolution; midazolam death spirals; and intubation as a singular approach well beyond the point of no return.
Yet one rarely hears a mention of health and immune system maintenance, early treatment, and proactive follow-up.
So, what am I really talking about, this “healing in the COVID era”? One may know it when it gets them, but anybody who has volunteered for the COVID mRNA injections and/or succumbed to COVID viral infection, even if minor, should probably consider several months of intentional rehabilitation of health.
Beyond the onslaught of inflammatory damage, lasting immune dysfunction, including endotoxin tolerance, reduced natural killer cells, and inhibited tumor suppression is likely persisting for AT LEAST 6 to 9 months following exposure. The cov19 spike protein and enabling conditions of harm (LNP-encased modRNA and viral pathways that sustain damage and impact) are gnarly.
NY Times, October 7, 2023. They keep saying this. Endotoxin tolerance likely.
Heightened health risks of the era include clotting, amyloid, neurodegeneration, turbo cancers, vagus nerve inflammation/autonomic dysfunction, elevated blood sugar, afib, stroke, heart failure, emerging latent infections, susceptibility to new bacterial and viral infections, and more.
My personal goals for healing in the COVID era are: early treatment of infections to minimize systemic harm, mitigate after effects of vaccine damage and COVID infection, and maintain and boost a weakened immune system. Stay alive for family.
There is a lot of overlap of products in my COVID era stack that I also found helpful for lyme disease—something I don’t believe is coincidental. Plum Island. Fort Detrick. NIAID. I digress.
In the petri dish (in vitro), many substances have demonstrated amazing healing potential (such as nattokinase and berberine).
In the body (in vivo), there are many uncertainties regarding efficacy, especially given constraint on systemic distribution and dosage, etc.
At the cynical end of the spectrum, this fact check says nattokinase is bogus and spike protein vaccines are safe. One may embrace this firm interpretation of reality at peril. Or, one may simply acknowledge in vivo activity of most of the following things require more study, and individualized dosing matters. (Aside: There is rarely a profit center to incentivize further investigation of generics—the quick disregard of promising treatments by “modern medicine” as anti-scientific given a lack but not absence of evidence is telling.)
Further, placebo, our persuaded mind, is powerful. For both harm and good. Mind and body are integral in health. Mind can be put to our advantage. Be well and love deeply.
McCullough Protocol
Here’s perhaps the simplest protocol of promise for suspecting Long Covid, Long Vax, and especially active COVID infection, Peter McCullough’s Protocol:
The empiric regimen can be continued for 3-12 months or more and be guided by clinical observation:
-Nattokinase 2000 FU (100) mg orally twice a day without food
-Bromelain 500 mg orally once a day without food
-Curcumin 500 mg orally twice a day (nano, liposomal, or with piperine additive suggested)
McCullough states, “It is our experience that both nattokinase and bromelain can be used in addition to antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs with physician monitoring.” But while attacking fibrin/amyloid/clot formation, these enzymes will thin the blood and are to be used with caution (and not with major surgeries). Associated references here.
McCullough’s more detailed infection treatment protocol remains an outstanding resource amidst a dearth of medical pragmatism:
FLCCC Resources
Next up, there are many FLCCC treatment guidelines, which are clinician-focused, always freshening up, and providing healthy perspective. Here are a few:

Stuff in My Stack
Finally, here’s my stack of medicines.
General Antioxidants and Immune Boosting
Quercetin phytosome - 250-500mg daily (on and off through high risk periods for immune boosting and maintenance, during active infection and rehabilitation)
Curcumin phytosome - 250-500mg daily (w/black pepper and milk or fat; anti-inflammatory/cytokine storm chaser for regular use, I take later in infections so as to not diminish early attack of immune system, important if immune system overreacts later in infection; then for rehab and maintenance; address post infection arthritis and ongoing inflammation of everything, brain swelling/fog)
B Complex (when sick, occasional general supplementation, to combat fatigue, neuro health)
Vitamin D - 2,000 IU daily (sunny where I am, up to 10k IU during infection; 2-6k IU for healing/several month recovery. I see mention of contraindication during active infection, potentially promoting an inflammatory response, but this seems off based on other evidence.)
Vitamin C - 1g a day (Minimum. I can take an unusually large amount when sick—titrated up to impossibly high levels based on level of sickness, like ~20-40gram over the course of an hour to resolve moderate sickness (side effect is loose stool, and no no if kidneys are weak). This has been found true among many in the high-dose vitamin C crowd—sources available. Or, I do a gram an hour to nurse a cold. Pure is best—no preservatives especially if high dosing. Liposomal if treating severe things, including cancers.)
Magnesium - 250mg daily (most of the time and when I feel tight, more every now and then for nerves, muscle relaxation, and immune boosting, 500mg for a “catch up” dose)
Zinc - 30-75mg daily during active infection and occasional immune boosts (I DO NOT TAKE THAT MUCH REGULARLY AND SHOULD NOT. 3-5mg daily for general ongoing supplementation, if any.)
Melatonin - 6-10mg at bedtime during active infection, 1-2mg at bedtime for a few nights if immune boosting (Not regularly.)
Antiviral / Immunomodulatory
Berberine - 500-1000mg daily during active infection (and/or Metformin. As antiviral, and for longer periods for rehabilitation, especially for blood sugar and insulin chaos, brain amyloid—foginess, confusion, dementia, alzheimers. Potent. Phytosome w/grapeseed extract synergistic in some cancers.)
Black Seed Oil/Thymoquinone - 100mg thymoquinone daily during infection (Perhaps 500-1000mg high strength black see oil. I consider this my “safer” and more accessible alternative to HCQ—or ivermectin for that matter—for antiviral effect during active infection. I use a strong 20% extract with 100mg thymoquinone daily w/a meal during active infection, and occasionally during high risk travel/exposure. Staggered but combined with zinc. Also for immunomodulation, which seems important during infection, and even to help with pertinent symptoms during and after infection and vaccine recovery, like arthritis/inflammation, gastro, blood pressure spikes, skin health/eczema, asthma, glycemic control, anti-cancer. Potent.)
Lactoferrin - 250mg a day during active infection
Baicalin (Chinese skullcap, during active infection, perhaps during rehabilitation, COVID antiviral. Strong extracts a must.)
Echinacea (tea to maintain winter immunity, extract during infection although some suggest contraindicated during active infection).
Apparently St. John’s Wort is much more promising—I have not used but will likely swap into a rotation this winter.
Andrographis - 300-500mg of “standardized extract” twice a day during active infection (Likely supportive of rehabilitation. Occasional immune boosting during higher risk periods.)
Rose geranium essential oil (aromatherapy during active infection, periodically ingested a drop or two diluted in oil and fatty milk, coating the throat—who the heck knows, I heard of this one from Italy. ACE2 inhibitor, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral.)
Famotidine - 80mg daily during infection (Unusual but somewhat promising for early treatment of active infection in large doses. I used a huge dose daily for several days of early COVID treatment.)
Systemic Enzymes
Nattokinase - 2,000FU daily to maintain health (with long breaks) and up to 10,000FU daily during active infection and rehabilitation (Top priority for counteracting COVID spike protein pathology, including amyloid degradation, endothelial health, arterial health, blood pressure, clearing biofilms in pneumonia. Natto is good food too, which naturally contains vitamin K and inhibits the blood thinning effect of the kinase but not apparently the fibrinolytic effect.)
Other systemic enzymes, like nattokinase, for maintenance or rehabilitation of health include:
Serrapeptase (I enjoyed 120SPU all winter following a fall infection, can go higher but I consider this a moderate-high dose, 45k-90k more “regular”)
Lumbrokinase (or eat earthworms—check it)
Bromelain (this is what McCullough recommends along with nattokinase for 3-9 months).
Enzymes are to be taken on an empty stomach and with phthalate-free enteric capsules (apparently coating not needed for nattokinase).
I tend to take enzymes every other day, sometimes rotating in and out at various combinations and dosages. Mileage may vary. At big dose, one usually feels them. About that lacking evidence for in vivo activity, dose and entry matters. I titrate oral dosing with all new things and to test healing properties of larger doses. I anticipate several months for full effect, but even dosing for a few days during an infection is likely one of the best things to prioritize. I intend long breaks and discontinuation at some point.
Other
Coconut Water - ongoing during infection (Simple - stay hydrated, replenish trace elements like potassium. Skip the pedialyte.)
Propolis and/or raw, local honey.
Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna, to heal my heart and blood pressure. I did a 60 day course and then two months later a 30 day course of extract for rehabilitation, not sure it would do much for infection, but modRNA-induced heart scars may benefit. Pretty sure this is the real deal and changed me.)
L-Arginine (occasionally for heart/arterial health, looks promising for treatment during infection.)
Mushrooms (I’m testing 60 day intervals. Currently, lion’s mane. Previously a large mix, including the mane, reishi, shiitake. I use reishi only for infection and recovery, not continuously. Phellinus linteus promising for immune system and cancers.)
I sometimes gargle and use nasal rinse at first sign of sicknesses. Some do it all winter, year round. I’ve had good and bad experiences with saline. Xlear, Betadine, or povidone are mentioned by others. I gargle some Cetylpyridinium Chloride mouthwash during infection, and after high risk exposure (but hard to find a mouthwash that has this and not a bunch of other garbage like polysorbate, poloxamer, etc).
Sunshine.
Slippery Elm or guaifenesin for relief of mucosal symptoms (drain out).
Licorice root tea.
Schisandra - ~1g powder in tea (Occasional immune boost/health rehab. Anticancer.)
Fasting. Longer is better but primarily 18 hour daily fasting to help reset regularly.
And last but not least, I let Gaia do her thing: Grounding (Earthing). I lose the soles frequently. Grounding mats for more aggressive treatments.
NAC may have saved me but also causes cancer so I won’t use it going forward. NAC helps unlock glutathione, something we want.
Others studied or mentioned by others but have not been in my ritual include:
ivermectin - doesn’t seem as promising in post Omicron, but I’ve never tried. It’s a bit heavy artillery, with some minimal risk involved, but not relative to COVID and vax damage if you are struggling. Secret weapon for cancers w/fenbendazole…?
pine needle tea
NAD+ / NMN
nicotine
extract of pomegranate peel (can make or order, this might be really good to supplement with geranium oil during infection for more powerful natural ACE2 inhibition)
Inositol (also for cancers, ensure combo of IP-6 & Myo-Inositol)
Gherson diet (also for cancers)
vitamin b12 + folate/folic acid + iron
SuperviruX (Chinese medicinal blend)
paxlovid (nope, not for me)
HIV drugs (scary but real)
Other esoteric healing methods are out there to explore and for which I remain mostly ignorant, but I’ll name some that I’ve encountered before: colloidal silver; rife machines; hyperbaric O2; cupping; mushroom, ayahuasca and other shamanism; sound healing; wet and dry fasting; diet; SPIRO/NOXTAK and other EMF countermeasures; biofeedback/hypnosis/binaural beats. Prayer and intention.
Be well!
