I’ll make this short. Nothing government does via statutes, codes, rules, regulations, executive orders, etc., has anything to do with you.
I get criticized for saying this over and over, but, apparently, this is a difficult concept for most people to grasp. They cling to their programming.
It’s really easy. There are two “worlds.” One is composed of real stuff: rocks, trees, fish, deer, people, you get the idea. The other is composed of make believe stuff like: corporations, persons, trusts, LLCs, securities, bonds, legal names, offices, drivers, children, humans (defined as minor persons), employees, and the like.
Gobs of people have trouble when I include the term “human” in the list of make believe stuff. Some claim the prefix “hu” means color, as in color of man, as in color of law, which simply means it looks like law, but isn’t. My research led me to Latin prefixes. In an obscure text on Latin prefixes I found “hu” means: of or belonging to. By this definition “human” means of or belonging to man.
We have using the term “human” to refer to ourselves for so long that to claim it means something other than what we thought it means is blasphemous. That can’t be true, after all, we’re only human. Do you see the trick? We’re “only” human. Translation: we are only beings of or belonging to man. Who is man? He or she is the one who knows the difference.
Human stays on the list.
In practical terms the two worlds are lawful and legal. Lawful refers to natural law, the law that governs how creation works and hums along. It is a creation of God and is immutable. It includes stuff like when you drop something it will hit the ground unless some other natural law is used to intervene. Or, there is a an equal and opposite reaction to a force applied to x. We like to call it physics. But, it applies to our behavior as well, as in, what comes around goes around. Or, honesty is the best policy. Or, thou shalt not murder, etc. These are “laws” we have no control over or any say in. They are not of our making. They apply to us because we are part of creation.
Legal, on the other hand, is man made law. Since man cannot pass any laws that would govern creation, he tries to govern himself. But, man is already under natural law and, therefore, cannot be bound by any law made by man. I would argue that we cannot, even by contract, remove ourselves from natural law. All contracts are null and void if they violate natural law.
So man, in an attempt to be gods, created a world of fictions over which he can rule. See list above.
The trick is, the men who do this sort of thing have convinced you that you are a driver, employee, office, husband, wife, child, human, etc. Many of these terms we use in a ordinary sense, like “driver.”
driver
driv·er ˈdrī-vər
: one that drives: such as
a : coachman
b : the operator of a motor vehicle
c : an implement (such as a hammer) for driving
d : a mechanical piece for imparting motion to another piece
e : one that provides impulse or motivation a driver in this economy
f : a golf wood with a nearly straight face used in driving
g : an electronic circuit that supplies input to another electronic circuit also : loudspeaker
h : a piece of computer software that controls input and output operations
As you can see a driver can be many things but, a short definition might be something like, a driver is something that moves things along.
So when we use the word driver to refer to someone who is in control of an automobile, we are correct. But, legal does not see it that way. To legal, a driver is a “person” that is “operating” a “motor vehicle.” All of these terms are defined in statutory law and they apply only to those things over which the statutes have "dominion,” or jurisdiction. In this case the statutes govern “commerce.” Commerce is trade between legal fictions. So, a “driver” is a “person” that is being paid to move goods or passengers (another legal fiction meaning someone who pays to be transported from here to there) on the public byways. We, men and women, decided a long time ago that this sort of activity should be subject to regulation and taxation because it used property commonly held among the people for profit, ie. the public roads. Larger “vehicles” such as trucks and buses and stuff were using the road for profit and they were causing far more damage to those roads than our private automobiles. So we decided that those operating in commerce by using the roads for profit, would pay for the upkeep of those roads. Simple.
Man created these fictions of law and so he gets to rule over them.
The wool that was pulled over your eyes is that some men, in an effort to control other men, convinced you that you are one of these fictions. That was done via the Birth Certificate scam. Mom provided information to the hospital when you arrived and that information was used to create, among other things, a legal name. That “name,” is a legal entity. It is not, and cannot be you. How can you be a name? You have a name, you use a name, but you are not that name.
When a cop pulls you over he wants to see “your” driver license and insurance. When you hand that stuff to him or her you are admitting you are engaged in commerce, otherwise you would not need it. Man’s laws, in this case, regulate commerce. If you admit you are engaged in commerce, you are under the jurisdiction of commerce. I would argue that man, men and women, in this system, can never be engaged in commerce because by definition commerce is trade between legal entities. We are not legal entities. We may “occupy” the office of “driver,” but, we are not a “driver.” It’s impossible. We can’t be two things at once and we were never informed that if we occupy that office or engage in commercial activities we are responsible for the “sins” of the “driver,” which is a legal fiction. How can we be responsible for the violations of statutory law committed by something that does not exist? YOU are not charged with speeding, the “driver” is. YOU are not assessed income tax, the taxpayer (another legal fiction) is. YOU don’t have a bank account, the legal name does.
Are you catching on yet?
This is why some people put so much stock in oaths of office. An oath of office is an admission that a man is occupying an office and he assumes the responsibilities of that office knowing what he or she is getting into. In other words, if the man commits a statutory offense, the office is charged, but the man pays the price. Did the man just give up his natural rights because he took an oath? Is an oath sufficient to do the job? How, you might ask, can a man agree to be responsible for the actions of something that does not exist?
This is the absurdity of the land of legal. And it should be instructive. No man has the authority to direct the actions of another because you are not a creation of men, you are a creation of God. Only He has authority over you.
Do you see the trick now?
The next time some man or woman tries to tell you to put on a mask, or take an experimental injection, or behave this way or that, remember, that man or woman only has authority over, say, an “employee,” or a “patient.” If they want the employee or patient, to wear a mask, hand them the driver license and encourage them to mask that. After all, a driver license doesn’t identify you, only you identify you, it identifies a “driver,” which is a person. So mask that sucker, rube!
It’s all so simple. Admittedly, legal land does present twists and turns, but if you stick to the basics, it all comes down to who has authority to tell you what you must do. And the answer to that is no man has that authority, only God. But, even God doesn’t try to tell you what to do. All He does is remind you of natural law. If you do this, then that will happen. Your choice. Man tries to control you, God reminds you that he created natural law and it cannot be violated without consequence.
If you can incorporate this into your understanding of the things you see going on around you, you are way ahead of everyone else. It is fundamental and it is what sets you free.
In the words of someone, sometime ago: Don’t be sceared, it’s just a beard.
