We got home from the Austrian Resilience tour late last night. Our luggage didn’t make it home with us (Thanks - Swiss Air). Hopefully, the suitcases will eventually find their way back to us, as they contain a lot of video recording equipment and our nice clothes.
The "Global Covid Summit goes Europe" / "Resilience on tour" shone a light on truth, facts, and emotion through music and humor. The event was mostly organized by Maria Hubmer-Mogg and it rocked. People had fun, got inspired, they took ideas and enthusiasm back to their own communities. The group has plans to do more of these great events - Spring 2023!
The whole idea was an empowering pre-Christmas Event with short motivating impulse speeches and a focus on music from musicians who deliver important information in their own special way.
A doctor’s proclamation was written that combined important data points with a big message of hope, freedom and love. This proclamation was live-streamed in many languages and these videos will be available soon. I cut a version with Brad of Five Times August at our rented apartment in Vienna; this is the video above.
Creating this proclamation was a collaborative project among many of the doctors who were at the event, which included myself and Jill.
A Global Proclamation from Doctors Around the World
We, the citizens of the world, loyal to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, have come together here in Austria to proclaim the following:
That each human life is sacred, invaluable and should be both respected and honored
Our children are our most valuable treasure, and their childhood and future should be protected by providing safe haven, education, arts and other resources to guarantee they will flourish in any endeavor they may choose
Our children are also our future, and must be cherished and protected. They should not be used as battlefield objects for cultural warfare.
We need to protect the most vulnerable in our society by supporting wellness and respecting human dignity.
Public debate is profoundly important. It is unacceptable for public health professionals, officials or governments to censor, silence or intimidate the public, doctors, medical professionals or journalists.
Trust cannot be enforced. Public health recommendations should present facts as the basis for guidance, and never employ fear or shame to manipulate or force people.
Trust in public health must be earned not assumed. Integrity and transparency are essential.
Freedom of assembly and speech are fundamental human rights. Disrespecting these rights is an affront to human dignity.
Use of psychological operations and mandate strategies and tactics to coerce and compel acceptance of medical products and procedures is a fundamental breach of well-established medical ethics.
Our bodies, our families, our choice. No medical mandates.
During this season of hope and renewal, we stand here in support of good will, family and shared community. We are all connected with these universal truths; the importance of human dignity, integrity, personal sovereignty, and the fundamental rights to assemble, speak freely, and to protect future generations.
This important declaration is only the start. All of medicine must be re-imagined.
While brainstorming ideas for the declaration, Jill and I, as well as others in our group had some important discussions around how public health has gone so very wrong. We came to some startling conclusions that just might surprise everyone. Stay tuned- these insights will be brought forth soon.

I don’t know. When I think - I am the person they are talking about or my child, or grandchildren, it was strong. Maybe yours could be stronger. I’d like to read it.
These folks bring a certain level of qualification and intellect to this issue. Anyone can say "the children are our future". The opinions of these folks carry weight BECAUSE OF and related to, specific knowledge - Not specific emotion. I appreciate their efforts and it's not completely devoid of value... but a bit more... (to overstate it) insipid schmaltz than I think is worthy of their intellect and expertise.
I do understand your thoughts and feelings. We DO have a raging uphill battle in front of us. I fear the worst is yet to come and for the most part - they respond as if we don’t exist. So, I agree on several levels. We should look forward to the future proclamations. I look forward to them being more demanding.
Other than standing on street corners with thousands of others, or even hundreds, buying books, reading them to become more knowledgeable, and supporting these fighters in these ways, then passing along information, there’s not a lot more I can do and incidentally, no one seems to want to be visible on that corner with me.
So, I appreciate everything all of these people are doing especially on the money they’ve been able to muster up via substack, books, IRA depletions, etc.
I’ve been following a long, long time. Before c19, I, as a totally trusting layperson completely blind to the evils of the medical cabals until three years ago - well - needless to say - my world fell apart.
My father retired from JCAH, my mother from HHS. As adult children, we heard stories, but nothing like these evil and choreographed secrets via Bill Gates, and Dr. Fauci, et al which includes the same type of cabal in England and elsewhere.

When do the indictments start? Sorry but if these criminals are not held accountable with actual jail time or worse, I don't see how things don't continue to get worse. Regarding Other Transactional Authority. Congress has authorized eleven federal agencies to enter into “other transaction agreements” that do not need to contain the standard terms and conditions for scrutiny and regulation the way normal contracts, research grants, and procurements would for example. This can be done even if the counterparty is normally subject to regulation. For example, the DOD used such agreements with pharma to order the R&D of "military prototype” covid vaccines. Legally speaking, no regulation needed, even for manufacturing standards.

Agreed. At base, I think, are the three groups identified by Mattias Desmet in his description of Mass Formation; 30% hypnotized, 60% "go along to get along", and only 10% actively questioning. Here's how I describe it:
All the world IS a stage. We The People watch as politicians, media figures, self-proclaimed authorities, and other “leaders” prance around the stage, painting a picture of “the truth”. The passive audience, wanting to trust, accepts that truth. The Surface Truth. All is well.
A few brave souls from the audience (maybe 10%) venture back behind the curtain and into the wings. They find science fiction and fantasy writers feeding lines to the actors. They find technologists, billionaires, and lawyers huddled in every dressing room, installing dystopia ... i.e., engineering the Deep Truth. All is NOT well.
The audience ignores the returning brave souls. About 30% are hypnotized by the actors’ words. The rest prefer to check messages in their seats rather than venture backstage. There’s comfort in those familiar habits and routines.
We The Skeptical, the brave souls, see an urgent need for intervention. The urgency is told in the difference between Surface Truth and Deep Truth. It is large and still growing. The 30% hypnotized at the foot of the stage reject logic out of hand and are lost. The others are mostly fearful and distracted. It takes noise to raise the heads of the distracted. Let the real noise begin.
Here's what really bugs me due to my experience in both automotive and defense weapons manufacturing, prototypes are never meant for mass production in any context ever. They are meant for demonstration purposes only and in small lots usually. Additionally, they called them "countermeasures". Both seem to imply that they are not pharmaceutical products for which 600M were produced at least.

I would add these 10 points are perhaps a softer angle and approach for trying to wake up family members, friends or neighbors over the remaining holidays when you are together with them if the subject of the plandemic and gene therapy shots comes up. The "global" points are very good. However, I hope feedback from others outside of the initial group is both welcome and considered in good faith.
I am a stickler for precise word use, especially those that denote an all or nothing meaning. In my view, the word "guarantee" is one of these words and in my view, there are no (nor should be or can be), any "guarantees" in life.
In spending my own career almost entirely in the area of education reform, battling against the status quo and fighting for parental choices of all kinds (and actually bringing options to fruition through my own entrepreneurial efforts), I have come to eventually and deeply believe that "education" needs to be wholly in the hands of parents and extended families. Then and only then might groups of community members come together to further educate. As education topics become more advanced, competition and the provision of teaching and knowledge should evolve and emerge based on what meets the needs of the public (and society) at large. None of this should ever be mandated either - compulsory education should become an idea of the past. Adam Smith's invisible hand should be most at play here; not governmental monopolies.
So...I share all this (which is but a tiny part of my thoughts and philosophy from this deeply personal area of life), to set the stage for my proposed revision to Item 2:

And also as a stickler for details, it would be just like me to tweak and tweak again, this one single item. Coming to "consensus" as a group on any set of principles, is indeed perhaps one of society's most challenging (and necessary) tasks that exists, regardless of topic. This is true of a company's mission and corresponding values; it is true of an HOA or any other association; true of churches, community organizations and even families. In a way, it is the making of society's sausage really, and is perhaps perpetually occurring all around us (I think), in ad infinitum.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news & hopefully I am wrong. When my husband’s luggage didn’t arrive w/ him, DELTA said daily for 5 days that it “would arrive tomorrow”. It never arrived and included a $1000 dental appliance.
People in the know have since told us we should have gone to the place where they send unclaimed baggage which, in the case of ATL airport, in somewhere in Boaz, AL! There’s an entire store devoted to unclaimed baggage sales of entire contents AND the bags!

There's a saying about the importance of balancing Perspiration with Inspiration. I'd say that's what you all were doing. The smiles, warm eyes, relaxed postures - and music! Your Global Proclamation fits in beautifully. It's warmth can allow it to slip right in past stubborn mindsets, straight to the heart. Although nicely written and certainly heartfelt, I'm doubful what use could be made of such a declaration in which in my view not much new is added to all the declarations since WWII. Either we need a declaration that cuts through the lies like a sword, making sure the perpertrators will be held accountable or we need a declartion with foundational, non-confrontational qualities for the medicine of the future. Nothing but love admiration and appreciation to the doc and wife and 5x August... but in my view, playing a guitar while making the announcement smells of trying to play on emotions rather than logic and data. I read the Global Proclamation, then I read the UN’s International Covenant On Civil And Political Rights - adopted in 1966, effective in 1976, U.S. ratified in 1992 with exceptions; then I read The Global Charter of Conscience; then I read the Declaration of Independence, then I read the Bill of Rights, then I thought about the Magna Carta and the Great Barrington Declaration. All are acknowledgements of just one common issue, by postulating examples of human needs, – the Evil Mankind commits on Mankind.
I say no more ‘feel good’ ineffectual written pleas that no one of import reads. There is no more time for that. Rather, what’s needed is a scorched-earth, literal uprising - first using any form or forum available to speak truth to power by calling out, criticizing, reprimanding every individual that was/is culpable by act or omission (The Ron Paul method expanded). This includes Congress, media, judges, institutional Heads, State officials, industries, hospitals, etc. Second, nonstop writing and calling both the perpetrators and those that will/can/should rise to the occasion and use their power of office to bring lawsuits, lots of them. Use social media to either call them out for their crimes or for their willingness to support changes and reversals. Aggrieved individuals need to lawyer up and sue medical practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies… Do we mean business or not? This willful destruction of our country and its citizens has been going on subversively for 70 years. It won’t stop unless we MAKE it. This is not just about Covid….OKAY?
Dear Dr. Malone, I support whole heartily your proclamation that needs to put into action by caring leadership in all the countries around the world. I would argue our public health apparatus began going wrong when they mission creeped the c.d.c. to include matters far outside of infectious agents as their area of expertise. That includes drugs, domestic abuse, playground safety, etc etc and yes, guns. And like them redefining vaccine to cover their glaring failure in that area, they recently, in response to concerned groups (guess who), have removed any reference to gun employment in self defense from their website. Guess they felt a need to redefined gun safety for us.

IS THERE A NEW STRAIN?
As I saw a report that a new pandemic preparedness event (Gates Event 201) was conducted recently, I'm wondering if there are any early signs of a new strain?
My wife and I had COVID in December 2019. We didn't really know what it was. Some friends in northern California had it earlier, August-September timeframe, but when we had it, it was distinctly different from the flu. It started in the throat and then tightness of the bronchial tubes, then upper chest congestion and very painful lungs - it ran it's course in 3-5 days and ended with a very high fever on the last night and was gone. (we have pretty healthy immune systems and eat all organic and take lots of D and C normally)
During the remainder of the pandemic we were very relaxed about masking, social distancing, and etc. mainly only wore masks to visit the doctor. Didn't have any recurrence so natural immunity might be the explanation.
But this month we're back having new symptoms...starts in throat so we're taking Ivermectin and Zinc, gargling salt water, and using salt nasal rinse. But it now has moved to bronchial and chest and is acting just like another SARS-like infection except not yielding to IVM. My wife is about 3 days ahead of me. She has asthma so we got some Prednisone and Azithromyocin. Here lungs are congested but we haven't had to do the breathing treatment yet...we would normally go to the ER if her oxygenation got below 92 but it has stayed at 96-98 so far. My symptoms are just moving into my chest. This seems to be resistant to IVM and Zinc, increasing doses of Vitamin D and C. So this strain appears to be a stronger type?
My wife is 71 and I am 78. She has asthma and no other co-morbidities (excellent weight and eating) and I am obese with elevated blood pressure I control with NO2 and COQ10. No medications except the temporary use of Prednisone, IVM, and Azithromycin.

Some things I noticed about the reactions to this post:
Kumbaya, Peace, Love and End the War. OK people need hope and not everyone we need on side for this fight communicates via facts, logic and reason. Songs and GOOD stories are POWERFUL and can work to counter the WEF, globalist, Cabal, progressive, deep state narrative.
For the "arrest them all" crowd I would suggest you fund, back and elect a DA in any county in the US and obtain an indictment for murder against Anthony Fauci. The evidence is most certainly there and you would have no end of expert testimony.
To the English majors grading the proclamation...I'm sure there were assorted "language inhibitors" being served, so just go with it.
We know the COVID jab is trash but I have read that the regular flu shots and children’s vaccines are now (or will be) using the mRNA technology. Is this correct? If so, will they be as dangerous as the COVID jab?
Yes - this is correct and there is no way to know if they will be as or more dangerous. Will you trust Pfizer's and Moderna's studies? But I think we can all guess...

If you consider the Bill of Rights, the first 10 amendments to the US Constitution, that these protections were granted to every American citizen by god, They we’re created by our founding fathers to protect us from a tyrannical government. In every step of this plandemic, one by one, the tyrants have stripped these god given rights from the American citizen, and I believe it has not been an accident. Our founders were historians and many of their unique cutting edge ideas were based on the rise and fall of great nations in history, mainly Rome. This document pushed the entire world to take an internal look at their own countries and put them on a course of freedom. No country in the history of the world has had these god given rights. How absolutely brilliant the founders were. The tyrants, I believe starting with the man who wanted to fundamentally change America, was the one who began chopping away at the constitution. What makes America great, which is why people fled here for these protections, is what absolutely scorned this man. I think your proclamation is as brilliant and cutting edge as our bill of rights. I think it is a basis of a movement that will make people and countries look inward to examine what has taken place. We must never be silenced by the tyrant, it is a fight we must never lose. Just as I finished listening to the proclamation, my husband walked in with your book, which had just been delivered. I had a hard time getting it, mainly because I was stupid enough to order from Amazon the first time. When they delayed shipment even while showing on the website that it was available, I cancelled and was able to get it from Barnes and Noble in less than a week!
You forgot some be's in the proclamation. Also I would include that strict controls stifle creativity and that needs to stop. We need to live in an environment to cultivate human creativity.

Interesting article, thanks for the link. They are a powerful/influential private non-profit organization, but don't post their income sources anywhere, other than a generalized "fees, dues, & gifts." They have a big headquarters in Texas, & in D.C. - & those operations couldn't be covered by fees, etc. Who pays for all this?
