Cayenne pepper (Capsicum annum) a garden and kitchen friend that is best kept close by. The temperatures have been unusually ‘cool’ in parts of the Northern Hemisphere. Some additional benefits, boosting metabolism (yang Qi), promoting digestion, promoting circulation and reducing pain.
