Hey MAGA, how can you stand so much winning like Trump’s losing streak? You’re still trying to deny he’s now an adjudicated rapist who has to pay E. Jean Carroll $83.3 million thanks to a jury of mostly men, so how are you spinning the immunity decision?
HE IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW, the end. SCOTUS most likely isn’t going to take this case, because the Appellate Court done said it all in (Heinz)57 pages.
A completely innocent and transparent person doesn’t need immunity or a pardon if they have nothing to hide, yet the MAGA Caucus put themselves out there right quick claiming Trump didn’t do an insurrection because they all signed a piece of paper saying he didn’t. They might as well call the “DID NOT/DID TOO!” Resolution because Democrats aren’t going to let that one slide.
Also, putting added bonus rapist Matt Gaetz front and center while he’s still under a House Ethics Committee investigation is just extra projection. They might absolve him because they’re his yet-to-be-indicted co-conspirators, but the rest of us—including Jack Smith—sure as fuck don’t.
This is also a fine time to remind you about how Rapey McForehead Captain Venmo harassed me from his official Congressional website at least twice. Why, yes, the House Ethics Committee is well aware of this, thank you. I’m more than happy to give them testimony on the record, but since I’m over the age of consent, they might not care about the rape and death threats I got.
Anyway, while we’re waiting for Judge Engoron to continue to bankrupt King Baby, let’s remind each other how unified we are behind Joe Biden for all of the reasons. Yay living in reality!
However, reality is being smothered by the truth, and while I still hunt for a job writing about politics, I beg all of you to keep supporting those of us who write truthful things about politics. Also, please demand that MSNBC commentators say truthful things about Joe Biden in particular. *LOOKING AT YOU JOY ANN REID*.
Let’s end this with positivity: I’m on track to sell 500 copies of The Sound of Settling by the end of February, if not sooner. As of this writing on February 6th, I’ve sold 475 copies, and I feel confident in saying I’ll hit 500 before the end of the month. Last night when I went to bed, there were 666 pages read on Kindle, a very rock and roll number. When I woke up, it was 1347. This means four people have read it in just the first six days of February.
It’s still free if you have Kindle Unlimited, and thanks to my friend Thad and his infinite patience with PDFs, I should soon have it uploaded to IngramSpark, which will then allow me to get copies into bookstores and libraries! I’ll share the deets once I have them so you can request The Sound of Settling from your local indie booksellers if you don’t want any of your money going to a corporation.
We’re still manifesting the Yes person who’ll #SignTara. Until then, I’ll be on Rick Wilson’s podcast later this week while scouring job sites yaaaay.
