I love a new year. I think it’s a great time to slow down for a second (maybe while you’re rotting away in bed), and think intentionally about any new habits and practices you want to implement. It’s not about going crazy at the gym or buying a bunch of things to try to ‘fix’ yourself but I’ve found that if you write down exactly what you want, and break it down into 12 weeks at a time, you’ll often find that you’re getting it.
