Fatigue. Unexplained and rapid weight loss. Multiple pea sized lumps underneath both armpits. Uncontrollable homosexual urges.
The Diagnosis
Complaints of odd thoughts, which he does not seem to think belong to him.
Bilateral twitching of the thumbs.
Abdominal spasms.
Echolalia.
Catatonic lack of eye movement.
Priaprism.
Clear and obvious Oppositional Defiance Disorder.
Constant nocturnal enuresis.
And, most interesting of all,
An odd sort of graphomania which compels him to write about his own medical conditions in the 3rd person.
