What is the productivity potential gap?
Linda Jarnhamn from flow2thrive came by the World of Wisdom 🎙️ Podcast EP206. We spoke of how we can live (and work) in symbiosis with our brains.
Here are few things that caught my attention:
💡 Using wearables and technology is a strategy that works given the times we are in because many of us have forgotten what it feels like to "feel good".
💡 "The changes does not have to be significant for the outcomes to be massive." Small changes at the core compound!
💡"Doing things that have no meaning to you 'good enough' leads to a life with no meaning". That is probably one of the best phrased invitations to rethink what we mean by work that I've personally heard.
(The productivity potential gap is of course whatever potential we are unable to materialise in our teams.)
This is a very tangible, curious and open conversation that held both information and discovery. Thank for playing with me Linda! World of Wisdom Podcast EP207 wherever you find your podcasts! Enjoy.
