Thankful moments easily overlooked

We live in a nature-deprived apartment complex. From our window, if you really stretch forward, you can see purple flowers peeking over the balcony of the adjacent apartment. Today, my daughter said, “I'm thankful for the purple flowers that are leaning out just so I can see them.”
