✨Grateful for long conversations with my brother. We're really close and talk nearly every day.

✨Grateful for all the healing I've done and continue to do through therapy and self care.

✨Grateful for helpful apps like Finch and FreeCBT to manage my ADHD, trauma, and life stuff.
