Why does Substack have a comms strategy like a group of lobbyists? Why does this company play both sides, like there are “sides” when it comes to the service it provides?
Everyone pays you. You work for everyone who runs a newsletter here. You should not be leaking information to get one over on your own customers.
Whoever told this company that running your comms strategy like a DC lobbying firm was a good idea for dealing with customers or stakeholders really needs to be fired. The harm you are doing to your reputation right now is just unimaginable.
